▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/metal composite material, comprises coating the organic carbon source on the metal foil, folding and rolling to form an intermediate piece in which the organic carbon source and the metal foil are alternately stacked and reducing the intermediate piece and hot-pressing. The organic carbon source comprises paraffin, pitch, phenolic resin, polystyrene, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene glycol, polybutadiene, coal tar, polymethyl methacrylate, polyvinylpyrrolidone, glycerin, oleic acid, polyacrylonitrile, polyvinyl alcohol, cellulose, and/or sucrose. The metal in the metal foil includes copper, gold, silver, iron, cobalt, nickel, zinc, rhodium, iridium, ruthenium, and/or platinum. USE - The graphene/metal composite material is useful in the preparation of circuit boards and electronic packaging products (claimed) and as a reinforcing body of copper-based composite material e.g. integrated circuit lead frame and pluggable electric contact material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/metal composite material has good mechanical property, heat conducting performance and conductive performance. The method is simple, the device requirement is low, and it is easy to be produced in large scale. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene/metal composite material.
