▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing porous composite material comprises using porous adsorption material and high molecular bonding agent to prepare adsorption slurry with solid content of 10-80 wt.% under the action of solvent, then extruding or rolling the porous framework material and adsorption slurry, so that the adsorption slurry is uniformly permeated into the porous framework material, uniformly coating the porous adsorption material in the adsorption slurry on the surface of the porous framework material, and spontaneously forming uniform coating structure on the surface to obtain the porous composite material. USE - The porous composite material is useful: in an adsorption material, a catalytic material or a conductive material (claimed) for adsorption catalysis; and for absorbing and purifying harmful gas. ADVANTAGE - The method: uses extrusion or rolling auxiliary forming, which can uniformly coat the foam of any hole size under the high solid content slurry (more than 30 wt.%); and maintains the porous structure of the composite material. The porous composite material has high single carrier quantity of porous adsorption material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for porous composite material prepared by the method; where the loading amount of porous adsorbent material in the porous composite material is greater than or equal to 65 wt.%.
