NOVELTY - Preparing pure graphene aerogel involves providing formamidine sulfinic acid alkaline solution, providing inorganic alkaline solution, and mixing the formamidine sulfinic acid alkaline solution, the inorganic alkaline solution and the graphene oxide solution to carry out a reduction reaction to obtain a graphene hydrogel. The graphene hydrogel is sequentially frozen and thawed to obtain a graphene gel. The graphene gel is dialyzed, dried and annealed successively to obtain the pure graphene aerogel. USE - Method for preparing pure graphene aerogel. ADVANTAGE - The method is safe and environment-friendly, easy to obtain and low cost, and reduces process to generate sulfurate and urea, which is a common reaction product, and is easy to process, at last, obtaining high performance gas gel drying and annealing, the prepared pure graphene aerogel (GA) conductivity is maximum 7.4 Siemens/m, large reversible compression cycle performance (90% strain 200 ring) and high anti-fatigue performance (70% strain 10000 ring), which can be applied to the flexible sensor, as insulating material applied to cold-proof insulating clothes and building field. The pure GA has more than 99% strain compression recovery performance, high conductivity (7.4 Siemens/m), large reversible compressive cycle performance, and high mechanical property (1.12 megapascal).
