NOVELTY - A coated rubber material comprises polytetrahydrofuran glycol, an antioxidant SP, an accelerant TTTE, saturated octadecanamide, graphene oxide, N-hydroxysuccinimide, 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride, p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, styrene, potassium persulfate, lanthanum chloride, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, a carbon fiber, 20-25% aqueous ammonia, a natural rubber, N,N-diethylaniline, a calcium zeolite, polycarbodiimide, polyacrylamide, phthalate and sulfur. USE - Coated rubber material is used for polymer printing roller. ADVANTAGE - The coated rubber material has excellent stability and dispersibility of raw materials due to presence of polytetrahydrofuran glycol and polyacrylamide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A coated rubber material comprises 2-3 pts. wt. polytetrahydrofuran glycol, 0.6-1 pt. wt. antioxidant SP, 1-2 pts. wt. accelerant TTTE, 1-2 pts. wt. saturated octadecanamide, 10-14 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 6-7 pts. wt. N-hydroxysuccinimide, 10-12 pts. wt. 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride, 7-9 pts. wt. p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, 30-40 pts. wt. styrene, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. potassium persulfate, 0.3-0.4 pt. wt. lanthanum chloride, 2-3 pts. wt. ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, 1.7-2 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 50-67 pts. wt. 20-25% aqueous ammonia, 100-130 pts. wt. natural rubber, 0.3-0.4 pt. wt. N,N-diethylaniline, 10-13 pts. wt. calcium zeolite, 1-2 pts. wt. polycarbodiimide, 2-4 pts. wt. polyacrylamide, 2-3 pts. wt. phthalate and 0.8-1 pt. wt. sulfur.
