NOVELTY - The absorber has a metal substrate layer formed with a grating structure. A lower optical medium layer is tiled on the metal matrix layer in a filling manner. A graphene layer is paved on the lower optical substrate layer. An upper optical substrate layers is laid on the graphene layer. The graphene layer comprises a first layer and a second layer. USE - The absorber is useful for a sensor, a detector and a modulator and in astronomy, spectroscopy, safe communication and biomedical imaging direction. ADVANTAGE - The terahertz absorber has simple structure, high absorption rate and high absorption bandwidth tuning.
