▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Usage method of permeable graphene membrane in detection of vacuum stability involves detecting the electromagnetic shielding performance of permeable graphene film. When the stability of the vacuum is less, electromagnetic shielding performance data of the permeable graphene film is unstable. The permeable graphene film is formed by plane-conjugating graphene sheets having average size of more than 100 mu m which are overlapped with each other by pi-conjugation, which comprises a graphene structure composed of 1-4 layers of graphene sheet.
