NOVELTY - Surface treatment process of PVC pipe for refrigerator comprises (a) mixing polytrimethylene sebacate and lubricant at high speed to obtain mixture A, mixing bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate and dioctyl adipate in proportion, slowly adding the suspension, adding defoamer and uniformly stirring, adding polyvinyl chloride resin and ethylene butyl acrylate-carbonyl copolymer, transferring to high-speed homogenizer for homogenization, adding mixture A to homogenize, obtaining mixture, placing in a twin-screw extruder and extruding to obtain a PVC base pipe and (b) immersing PVC base pipe in a polyamide solution and graphene oxide dispersion liquid in a circular manner, drying and irradiating with a xenon lamp to obtain a PVC pipe. USE - The method is useful for surface treatment process of PVC pipe for refrigerator. ADVANTAGE - The method: effectively increase the force with low temperature resistant plasticizers; synergistically with ethylene butyl acrylate carbonyl copolymer to enhance the low temperature resistance of PVC pipes; and inhibits plasticizer migration and enhances low temperature and impact resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for PVC pipe is prepared by the surface treatment process of PVC pipe for refrigerator.
