NOVELTY - Preparing aqueous graphene anti-corrosion coating, comprises (1) adding organic bentonite to aqueous polyurethane resin, heating at 40-50℃, stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding propylene carbonate, and stirring for 30-40 minutes to obtain premix A, (2) adding graphene dispersion liquid, mica powder, asbestos powder, dispersant into the premix A, mixing and stirring for 25-35 minutes to obtain premix B, and (3) adding epoxy resin modified styrene-acrylic emulsion and brucite powder into the premix B and stirring for 5-10 minutes, adding organosiloxane and curing agent and stirring for 30-40 minutes to obtain final product. The aqueous graphene anti-corrosion coating, comprises aqueous resin, graphene dispersion, mica powder, asbestos powder, organosiloxane, curing agent, epoxy resin modified styrene-acrylic emulsion, brucite powder, organic bentonite, propylene carbonate and dispersant USE - The method is useful for preparing aqueous graphene anti-corrosion coating. ADVANTAGE - The prepared coating: utilizes organic bentonite and propylene carbonate to pretreat aqueous resin, which prevents agglomeration and sedimentation while stirring with graphene dispersion, and thus ensures the coating has stable corrosion resistance and aging resistance.
