NOVELTY - Modified white graphene composite polyethylene pipe comprises 100 pts. wt. pipe-grade polyethylene resin, 5-30 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.1-20 pts. wt. modified white graphene, 5-40 pts. wt. filler, 0.05-10 pts. wt. antioxidant and 0.5-15 pts. wt. dispersant. USE - Used as modified white graphene composite polyethylene pipe. ADVANTAGE - The pipe: can improve mechanical property, improves anti-aging performance, thermal conductivity, good flexibility, resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, is easy to process, has low cost and is suitable for building floor radioactive heating pipe e.g. pipe field. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the modified white graphene composite polyethylene pipe, comprising (i) using white graphene 5-10 layers to obtain modified white graphene, (ii) adding pipe-grade polyethylene resin, coupling agent, modified white graphene, filler, antioxidants and dispersants in a high-speed mixer, and uniformly mixing, (iii) mixing the raw materials, melt extruding through twin-screw extruder to obtain water-cooled pull-bar pelletizing modified graphene polyethylene masterbatch, (iv) taking the modified white graphene polyethylene masterbatch obtained in the step (iii) and extruding through pipe extruder to obtain modified white graphene composite polyethylene pipe product.
