▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of metal-doped graphene-like carbon material involves adding a surfactant to a solvent, adding a clay, and stirring at 50-100 degrees C for 2-10 hours to obtain a clay mixture, dissolving a nitrogen-containing organic ligand in a solvent to obtain a mixed liquid, adding the mixed liquid to the clay mixture, stirring and dissolving, adding a metal salt to dissolved solution, continually stirring for 1 hour, drying to obtain a metal organic complex/clay composite precursor, placing the composite precursor in a tube furnace and subjecting to high-temperature carbonization treatment to obtain a metal/carbon/clay composite, weighing and adding the metal/carbon/clay composite to a hydrofluoric acid solution, stirring for 3-7 hours, centrifuging, washing, and drying sequentially. The metal-doped graphene-like carbon material has a metal atom doping content of 0.1-10 %mass. The mass ratio of surfactant and clay is 1:0.1-10. USE - Preparation of metal-doped graphene-like carbon material used as catalyst in electrocatalytic oxygen reduction reaction (all claimed) in fuel cell and metal-air battery. ADVANTAGE - The method produces metal-doped graphene-like carbon material by simple process using cheap and abundant raw materials. The metal-doped graphene-like carbon material does not easily aggregate and exhibits high-efficiency electrocatalytic oxygen reduction performance.
