NOVELTY - Preparing degradable type fire-resistant fiber material involves weighing 45-50 pts. wt. 1 wt.% sodium hydroxide solution, 55-60 pts. wt. 5 wt.% sodium phosphate solution, 10-15 pts. wt. glycol and stirring to obtain mixed liquid, weighing 45-50 pts. wt. mixed liquid, putting 45-50 pts. wt. hydroxyapatite and 10-15 pts. wt. graphene into mortar, grinding and dispersing and collecting dispersed slurry, weighing 45-50 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 10-15 pts. wt. calcium oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. aluminum oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 0.5-1.0 pts. wt. sodium oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. zirconium oxide and 3-5 pts. wt. barium and putting into ball milling tank, dispersing and sieving to obtain dispersed particles, adding de-ionized water with dispersed particles with mass ratio of 1:15, stirring and placing in mold, pressing and forming, collecting blank and drying to obtain dried material and putting in tubular atmosphere furnace, calcining, stewing and cooling to room temperature. USE - Method for preparing degradable type fire-resistant fiber material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare degradable type fire-resistant fiber material promotes dissolution of silicon element, and accelerates dissolution rate of refractory fiber material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Crushing, performing ball milling and sieving to obtain powder, centering graphite crucible, putting crucible into induction furnace, performing re-melting process and collecting molten liquid, placing molten liquid in blowing device, and collecting fiber blowing with mass ratio of 1:10, soaking fiber in disperse slurry and placing in micro-arc oxidation device, filtering and collecting filter cake, washing and drying to obtain degradable fire-proof fiber material.
