NOVELTY - Method for preparing a three-dimensional network structure conductive hydrogel binder using electron beam irradiation technique involves (1) ultrasonically dispersing and dissolving acrylic acid monomer and functionalized graphene quantum dots in deionized water, placing the obtained dispersion in an electron beam generating device, carrying out electron beam irradiation, washing and drying to obtain graphene quantum dot functionalized modified three-dimensional gel binder polyacrylic acid (PAA)- functionalized graphene quantum dots (FGOD) and (2) immersing the prepared PAA-FGOD in an aqueous solution containing pyrrole monomer in an ice water bath condition according to a mass ratio of (1-100):1, placing in the electron beam generating device for electron beam irradiation, where the irradiation dose is 50-300 kGy, washing and drying to obtain functionalized graphene quantum dot modified three-dimensional gel network structure binder PAA-FGOD-polypyrrole (PPy), which is the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing a three-dimensional network structure conductive hydrogel binder used in an electrode material for an energy storage device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides the product with more excellent comprehensive performance, avoids the addition of initiators in the preparation process and improves the binder performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing a three-dimensional network structure conductive hydrogel binder using electron beam irradiation technique involves (1) ultrasonically dispersing and dissolving acrylic acid monomer and functionalized graphene quantum dots in deionized water in a mass ratio of (10-100):1, placing the obtained dispersion in an electron beam generating device, carrying out electron beam irradiation, where the irradiation dose is 50-300 kGy, washing and drying to obtain graphene quantum dot functionalized modified three-dimensional gel binder polyacrylic acid (PAA)- functionalized graphene quantum dots (FGOD) and (2) immersing the prepared PAA-FGOD in an aqueous solution containing pyrrole monomer in an ice water bath condition according to a mass ratio of (1-100):1, placing in the electron beam generating device for electron beam irradiation, where the irradiation dose is 50-300 kGy, washing and drying to obtain functionalized graphene quantum dot modified three-dimensional gel network structure binder PAA-FGOD-polypyrrole (PPy), which is the product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the hydrogel binder prepared by the method.
