NOVELTY - Dye solar cell comprises photoelectrode that is a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film with transparent conducting oxide (TCO) layer, and a semiconductor that is a composite comprising titanium dioxide and graphene with a thickness of 2-50 mu m with an adsorbed dye, to which a layer of a liquid electrolyte is attached, connected to a counter electrode consisting of a graphene layer with a thickness of 50 nm to 20 mu m embedded on the TCO layer on PET film. USE - Used as dye solar cell.
