NOVELTY - A conductive fabric coated with graphene carbon nanotube preparation involves formulating surfactant into aqueous surfactant solution, soaking polymer fiber in aqueous surfactant solution, formulating graphite oxide into aqueous graphite oxide solution, performing ultrasound treatment, mixing multi-walled carbon nanotubes and aqueous graphite oxide solution, performing ultrasound treatment, immersing polymer fiber in aqueous graphite oxide solution, mixing hydrazine hydrate solution with deionized water, oil bathing, mixing aqueous hydroiodic solution with acetic acid, and reducing fiber. USE - Method for preparing conductive fabric coated with graphene carbon nanotube (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and low-cost. The conductive fabric has good electric conductivity, and high stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A conductive fabric coated with graphene carbon nanotube is prepared by formulating surfactant into 0.1-2.0 wt.% aqueous surfactant solution, soaking polymer fiber in aqueous surfactant solution for 10-60 minutes, drying, washing with deionized water to remove excess surfactant, formulating graphite oxide into 0.5-2.0 mg/mL aqueous graphite oxide solution, performing ultrasound treatment, mixing multi-walled carbon nanotubes and aqueous graphite oxide solution at mass ratio of 1:1-10, performing ultrasound treatment, centrifuging, immersing polymer fiber in aqueous graphite oxide solution for 10-60 minutes, drying, mixing hydrazine hydrate solution with deionized water at volume ratio of 1:1-10, oil bathing at 60-95 degrees C for 10-60 minutes, mixing aqueous hydroiodic solution with acetic acid at volume ratio of 1:1-10, standing at room temperature for 10-120 minutes, reducing fiber, filtering, washing with solvent to remove residual reducing agent, and drying at room temperature.
