▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a dispersion of graphene particles or flakes comprises: (a) providing a carbon based material; (b) dispersing the material in an aqueous or organic liquid to obtain a dispersion; (c) microwave heating the dispersion to obtain a dispersion containing graphene particles or flakes and carbon raw materials; and (d) separating the graphene dispersion from the carbon raw material. USE - The process is useful for preparing a dispersion of graphene particles or flakes, which is useful: in optoelectronics, optically transparent and electrically conductive thin films, and photovoltaic; as a gas detector; in polymer composites conductors, catalysis and photocatalysis, gas detection systems and electronics. ADVANTAGE - The process: is very easy to industrialize and cost effective; and utilizes known and simple techniques.
