NOVELTY - Polyimide high thermal conductivity double-sided adhesive tape comprises a thermally conductive polyimide layer. Multiple convex points are arranged in an array on the polyimide layer. The convex points respectively protrude toward the upper surface and the lower surface of the polyimide layer. A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is respectively located on the upper surface and the lower surface of the thermally conductive polyimide layer. The convex points are flush with the top of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and leak out of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. USE - Used as polyimide high thermal conductivity double-sided adhesive tape. ADVANTAGE - The double-sided tape: directly contacts the upper and lower parts through the set bumps to conduct heat conduction; and has excellent thermal conductivity, simple structure, simple and economical preparation method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the polyimide high thermal conductivity double-sided adhesive tape, comprising preparing a thermally conductive polyimide film, coating pressure-sensitive adhesive, coating the pressure-sensitive adhesive on the thermally conductive polyimide film, and rolling to make the convex points leak out of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.
