NOVELTY - Preparing anti-corrosion coating comprises (i) preparing graphene oxide, (ii) preparing modified aluminum oxide-silicon dioxide (Al2O3.SiO2) material, and (iii) preparing a corrosion-resistant coating, taking 20-60 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 4-6 pts. wt. zinc powder, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. dispersant, 20-30 pts. wt. dimethylbenzene, ultrasonically dispersing for 20 minutes to form pre-emulsified liquid B, taking 30-50 pts. wt. n-butyl alcohol and 20-30 pts. wt. polyester resin, heating to 80℃ to form pre-emulsified liquid A, mixing the pre-emulsion B and pre-emulsion A, and centrifuging, adding 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. de-foaming agent, 1-3 pts. wt. silicon nitride (Si3N4) particle filler, high speed mixing, adding 10-15 pts. wt. synthetic resin curing agent into the reaction container, and dispersing for 10 minutes at high speed. USE - The method is useful for preparing anti-corrosion coating applied to bridge steel structure, where the anti-corrosion coating structure is useful in anti-cracking of oil pipeline, and collapse of the bridge. ADVANTAGE - The anti-corrosion coating has excellent corrosion resistance, and prolongs the service life in the salt mist environment, and improves the continuity and compactness of the coating film, and reduces the penetration of corrosive substance in coating film. The coating layer corrosion resistance is improved by adding silicate in the anticorrosive paint. The corrosion resistance of coating layer is improved.
