▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/silicon carbide composite material comprises pre-oxidizing fiber material to obtain amorphous carbon material, embedding amorphized carbon material in organosilicone to obtain a matrix material embedded with amorphic carbon material and subjecting the matrix material to laser induction to obtain graphene/silicon carbide composite material. USE - The method for preparing graphene/silicon carbide composite material used for manufacturing sensor or biological signal detection device, and biological signal detection (claimed) e.g. flexible wearable sensing system. ADVANTAGE - The method directly induces the pre-oxidized fiber material to form a graphene structure by laser inducing technology, and controls the forming quality of the prepared graphene/silicon carbide composite material and mechanical property of the flexible base material. The method is more convenient and fast, the cost of the processing method is low.
