NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene, involves (1) placing flaky graphite in a mixed solution of an organic carboxylic acid solution and a weak oxidizing agent solution, performing a weak oxidation treatment, (2) adding intercalating agent to obtained solution, performing intercalation processing, (3) cooling the mixed solution, adding deionized water and performing high pressure treatment and ultrasonic stripping treatment, (4) centrifugally washing the mixed solution after the ultrasonic stripping treatment and collecting slurry with solid content of 5-10%, (5) drying the collected slurry and ball grinding to obtain graphene powder precursor, (6) subjecting graphene powder precursor to high-temperature sintering thermal reduction. USE - Preparation of graphene by multi-step weak oxidation-reduction method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables highly-efficient preparation of graphene with excellent performance and less environmental pollution.
