▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A nano tin dioxide-graphene composite material preparing method involves sequentially adding 57-374 mg graphene oxide and 10-24 mg stannous dichloride into 100 ml deionized water, and mixing the mixture to obtain a graphene oxide-tin dioxide precursor mixed solution. Ultrasonic reaction is performed on the mixed solution at certain temperature and ultrasonic power of 100-300 W followed by carrying out vacuum filtration and cleaning on the suspension subjected to ultrasonic treatment. USE - Method for preparing a nano tin dioxide-graphene composite material that is utilized in a super-capacitor, FET, lithium ion battery or fuel cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material can be prepared with better comprehensive properties in an environment-friendly, cost-effective and less energy consumption manner.
