▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a self-calibrating wear-resistant temperature and humidity sensing system, comprises (1) mixing graphene oxide solution with the silk protein solution after lithium bromide incubation, adding reducing agent, reacting for 3-6 hours to obtain a silk protien-regenerated graphene oxide (SF-rGO) dispersion, (2) using insulating material as flexible substrate, using screen printing to print interdigitated electrode pattern on front of flexible substrate, and drying, (3) modifying SF-rGO dispersion on surface of the screen-printed interdigitated electrode, allowing to stand and obtaining a temperature and humidity sensor to form a film, and (4) on other side of polyethylene terephthalate, depositing metal film in electroplating solution having chloroplatinic acid and dilute sulfuric acid by cyclic voltammetry to obtain a Joule heater, together with temperature and humidity sensor on the front, and forming a self-calibrating wear-resistant temperature and humidity sensing system. USE - The method for preparing self-calibrating wear-resistant temperature and humidity sensing system used in precise medical field e.g. breath detection and non-contact sensing field. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare self-correcting wear-resistant temperature and humidity sensing system, which has high performance, and exhibits linear responsiveness of high sensitivity in the range of 6-97% RH, and solves the influence of the temperature change to the humidity sensing process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for self-calibrating wear-resistant temperature and humidity sensing system. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a self-correcting wear-resistant temperature and humidity sensing system (Drawing includes non-English language text).
