NOVELTY - A foamed graphene/carbon nanotube/molybdenum disulfide composite material has chemical vapor-deposited three-dimensional foamed graphene structure (I) in which the three-dimensional foamed graphene one-dimensional carbon nanotube structure (II) is grown and two-dimensional structure of one-dimensional carbon nanotube is coated with two-dimensional molybdenum disulfide. USE - Foamed graphene/carbon nanotube/molybdenum disulfide composite material used as cathode material for lithium oxygen battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The foamed graphene/carbon nanotube/molybdenum disulfide composite material is ultra-lightweight, has high activity, and improves specific capacity, charge-discharge efficiency and cycle characteristics of lithium-oxygen battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of foamed graphene/carbon nanotube/molybdenum disulfide composite material.
