▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a two-level layered titanium-based composite material involves (1) dispersing nanoscale reinforcing powders in anhydrous ethanol through ultrasonic treatment, adding and thoroughly mixing flake-shaped titanium-based powders, ball milling, removinganhydrous ethanol, yielding a composite powder with nanoscale reinforcing bodies adsorbed/embedded onto flake-shaped titanium-based powders, (2) placing clean metal foils and the composite powder with nanoscale reinforcing bodies adsorbed/embedded onto flake-shaped titanium-based powders alternately into a mold, conducting rapid hot pressing sintering, a sintering temperature of 750-950°c, and a sintering time of 5-10 minutes, resulting in a two-level layered titanium-based composite material, the flake-shaped titanium-based powder can be either flake-shaped pure titanium powder or flake-shaped titanium alloy powder, while the metal foil can be either pure titanium foil or titanium alloy foil. USE - Preparation method of two-stage layered titanium-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method combines the high-strength nano-reinforced titanium-based composite material powder with titanium foil or titanium alloy foil with good toughness by fast hot-pressing sintering method. The method has more obvious reinforcing effect, so that it has excellent strength and plasticity, and reduces the preparation difficulty and preparation cost. The process greatly reduces the stress intensity factor and crack expansion driving force, and realizes the coupling toughening mechanism. The sheet titanium base powder can flexibly control the thickness of the two-stage layered unit layer, so as to adjust the strength of the composite material.
