NOVELTY - Preparation of a graphene-epoxy resin composite material comprises mixing epoxy resin with 0.3 mg/mL graphene aqueous solution at a volume ratio of 1:0.5-3, controlling temperature at 60-120 degrees C, agitating for 5-60 minutes, standing for 30 minutes, and layering; pouring an upper layer of aqueous solution, and continuing agitating for 2-12 hours at 80-150 degrees C; adding an epoxy resin curing agent, and curing for 1 hour at 100 degrees C; and curing for 2 hours at 150 degrees C. The epoxy resin is double-functional bisphenol A epoxy resin or multi-functional epoxy resin. USE - Method for the preparation of a graphene-epoxy resin composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aqueous reaction has no environmental pollution. The operation process is convenient and the loading amount is controllable. The graphene-epoxy resin composite material has good single dispersion, and has an increased hardness and impact resistance.
