NOVELTY - Method for preparing foaming shoe material, involves (i) mixing graphene and aluminum powder at a mass ratio of 5:1 to obtain mixed powder, performing high-temperature smelting on the mixed powder by mixing, and carrying out a spray method to obtain a flaky nano-graphene/aluminum powder, (ii) uniformly mixing polycarbonate diol, 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and stannous octoate, adding flaky nano-graphene/aluminum powder and sodium hexametaphosphate dispersant, reacting while stirring at 80-100 degrees C to obtain graphene/aluminum-containing polycarbonate polyurethane elastomer, (iii) mixing the obtained graphene/aluminum-containing polycarbonate polyurethane elastomer with ethylene-vinyl acetate, natural rubber, inorganic filler, lubricant, sulfur, azodicarbonamide (AC) foaming agent and anti-aging agent in an internal mixer, and discharging the mixture through an open mill, and (iv) cutting the obtained sheet based on requirement, performing die-pressing foaming to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing foaming shoe material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The foaming shoe material has wear resistance and excellent low temperature abrasion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing foaming shoe material, involves (i) mixing graphene and aluminum powder at a mass ratio of 5:1 to obtain mixed powder, performing high-temperature smelting on the mixed powder by uniformly mixing at 660-680 degrees C, and carrying out a spray method to obtain a flaky nano-graphene/aluminum powder, (ii) uniformly mixing polycarbonate diol, 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and stannous octoate, adding flaky nano-graphene/aluminum powder and sodium hexametaphosphate dispersant, reacting while stirring at 80-100 degrees C to obtain graphene/aluminum-containing polycarbonate polyurethane elastomer, (iii) mixing the obtained graphene/aluminum-containing polycarbonate polyurethane elastomer with ethylene-vinyl acetate, natural rubber, inorganic filler, lubricant, sulfur, azodicarbonamide (AC) foaming agent and anti-aging agent in a mass ratio of 8:(50-100):(5-10):(3-5):(1-2):(1.5-3):(0.05-0.2):(0.5-1) in an internal mixer, mixing at 90-100 degrees C for 4-6 minutes, and discharging the mixture through an open mill, and (iv) cutting the obtained sheet based on requirement, performing die-pressing foaming at 170-200 degrees C for 180-240 seconds to obtain the product.
