NOVELTY - A method for preparing single-layer graphene reinforced aluminum base composite material comprises providing 0.5-4 wt.% multilayer graphene micro sheet and 96-99.5 wt.% aluminum metal powder, providing industrial pure aluminum block; dispersing multilayer graphene micro sheet with pre-cast block, putting into ball milling tank, and cold pressing; and impregnating multilayer graphene micro sheet/aluminum, preform preheating into melted aluminum metal, rolling, heating, and high temperature fusion processing. USE - Method for preparing single-layer graphene reinforced aluminum base composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method has low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing single-layer graphene reinforced aluminum base composite material comprises providing 0.5-4 wt.% multilayer graphene micro sheet and 96-99.5 wt.% aluminum metal powder, providing industrial pure aluminum block; dispersing multilayer graphene micro sheet with pre-cast block, putting into ball milling tank, and cold pressing; impregnating multilayer graphene micro sheet/aluminum, preform preheating into melted aluminum metal, and performing rolling process, heating to 660-700 degrees C, and keeping temperature for 0.1-0.5 hour; and high temperature fusion processing to obtain single layer graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material.
