NOVELTY - Oiling mesophase pitch fiber involves subjecting oil is divide into two oils, first is surface-wetting modified oil modified by boron-doped graphene quantum dots, and second is water-soluble colloid of mesophase pitch-based carbon fiber ultrafine powder, and oil contact length is 3-15mm. The second is water-soluble colloid of mesophase pitch-based carbon fiber ultrafine powder, which is prepared by using mesophase pitch-based carbon fiber itself as raw material after first oil is applied, second oil is applied. The contact length of second oil is 2-10cm, temperature of two oils is 10-40 degrees C, and oiling interval of asphalt yarn on two oil rollers is 5-30cm, after oil is applied, winding is wound up on winder, and winding speed is 50-300m/min. USE - Method for oiling mesophase pitch fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to oil mesophase pitch fiber that reduces structural damage of fiber surface, and improves subsequent high temperature thermal process and weaving.
