NOVELTY - The method for preparing modified graphene oxide-microcapsule lubricating material involves (a) taking raw materials, (b) adding KH-570 (RTM: gamma -Methacryloxypropytrimethoxysilane) and ethanol solution to aqueous graphene oxide solution, (c) adding modified graphene oxide, divinylbenzene and azobisisobutyronitrile to styrene and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion to obtain capsule wall composite solution, (d) adding hydroxypropyl cellulose, calcium carbonate and distilled water to a four-necked flask, stirring, adding butyl stearate, and (e) solidifying butyl stearate. USE - Method is useful for preparing modified graphene oxide-microcapsule lubricating material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene oxide-microcapsule lubricating material has simple morphology and reduced friction coefficient. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The method for preparing modified graphene oxide-microcapsule lubricating material involves (a) taking epoxy resin, diphenylmethane diamine, defoamers, graphene oxide, silane coupling agent, butyl stearate, styrene, analytical reagent, azobisisobutyronitrile, divinylbenzene, anhydrous ethanol, hydroxypropyl cellulose and calcium carbonate, (b) adding KH-570 (RTM: gamma -Methacryloxypropytrimethoxysilane) with a pH of 3-5 and ethanol solution to aqueous graphene oxide solution, where the mass ratio of graphene oxide to KH-570 (RTM: gamma -Methacryloxypropytrimethoxysilane) is 1:10, stirring at 80 degrees C for 12 hours, filtering and washing 2 times, (c) adding modified graphene oxide, 1.8 g divinylbenzene and 0.3 g azobisisobutyronitrile to 18.2 g styrene and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion for 30 minutes to obtain capsule wall composite solution, (d) adding 1.6 g hydroxypropyl cellulose, 0.8 g calcium carbonate and 180 ml distilled water to a four-necked flask equipped with a thermometer, condensation tube and stirring device, stirring the mixture at 50 degrees C under nitrogen protection for 30 minutes, adding butyl stearate and heating for 30 minutes, (e) cooling to below 10 degrees C for 10 minutes and solidifying butyl stearate to form a solid-liquid suspension system, (f) slowly dripping the capsule wall compound solution and stirring the mixture under the protection of nitrogen for 30 minutes, (g) heating at a temperature of 80-120 degrees C and a speed of 10-20 degrees C/minute for 120 minutes, (h) heating at a temperature of 90 degrees C and a speed of 10 degrees C/minute for 60 minutes to obtain grey-white spherical particles, stopping stirring, filtering out materials, washing 3 times with distilled water, and naturally air-drying to obtain modified graphene oxide-microcapsule lubricating material.
