NOVELTY - Graphene modified high-alumina porcelain abrasive includes 40-60 pts. wt. high alumina porcelain abrasive, 20-30 pts. wt. graphene oxide solution, 3-8 pts. wt. strontium zinc phosphosilicate, 5-10 pts. wt. kaolinite and 10-20 pts. wt. solid alkali. USE - Graphene modified high-alumina porcelain abrasive. ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified high-alumina porcelain abrasive improves the conventional high-alumina ceramic abrasive, and has greatly improved various mechanical properties and has greatly improved service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene-modified high-alumina porcelain abrasive, which involves: (A) adding quantitative high alumina ceramic abrasive, strontium zinc phosphosilicate, and kaolinite into the graphene oxide solution, heating to 40 degrees C, and stirring uniformly; (B) adding solid base and stirring uniformly; (C) adding 2-3 times the water of the above-mentioned mixed solution, and adding gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane (KH550), and stirring uniformly; (D) performing suction filtration to remove water to obtain graphene-modified high-alumina porcelain wet material; (E) adding the graphene-modified high-alumina porcelain wet material to the resin binder and filler, and stirring uniformly; and (F) obtaining the graphene modified high-alumina porcelain abrasive by using the hot-press forming process.
