NOVELTY - Heat preservation structure comprises a sintering furnace main body (1) whose inner wall is paved with a first graphene insulating layer, and the inner wall of the first graphene insulation layer is equidistantly installed with an isolation buffer cylinder assembly. The other end of the isolation buffer tube assembly is equipped with a second graphene heat insulation layer. The inner side of the second graphene insulation layer is laid with an electric heating layer. The outer side end of a sintered furnace body is provided with a support frame assembly. The sliding rod assembly is provided on the inner side. A transmission belt assembly capable of adjusting the sliding rod to move back and forth is provided at the top surface of the sintered furnace body. An outer cover body (16), an arc-shaped cover (17), a turnover material placing assembly whose lower part provided with transmission belt assembly, and output end of double-head motor assembly. USE - The structure useful for powder metallurgy high temperature sintering furnace. ADVANTAGE - The structure realizes cooling without high temperature treatment, and at the same time heating the multi-material high temperature, and there is no need to reduce the risk of manual feeding, in addition, it also has adjustable heating plate to make it can be centralized heating process; and improves the efficiency of high temperature sintering.
