NOVELTY - Preparing multi-functional drug carrier with controlled drug loading amount involves adding graphene oxide with trimesic acid and anhydrous ethanol, mixing mercaptoacetic acid modified ferroferric oxide nano ball and lanthanum nitrate solution uniformly to obtain mixed dispersion in weight ratio of N:N-7N:3N-10N:10-60, adding thioglycolic acid modified ferroferric oxide nano ball in 1/N volume of lanthanum nitrate solution, mixing ultrasonically for 12-16 minutes at room temperature to obtain the mixed product A and washing with absolute ethanol. USE - Multi-functional drug carrier with controlled drug loading amount (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The multi-functional drug carrier with controlled drug loading amount is used as carrier for loading anticancer drug adriamycin with high drug loading rate and controlled drug release. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing multi-functional drug carrier with controlled drug loading amount involves adding graphene oxide with trimesic acid and anhydrous ethanol, mixing mercaptoacetic acid modified ferroferric oxide nano ball and lanthanum nitrate solution uniformly to obtain mixed dispersion in weight ratio of N:N-7N:3N-10N:10-60, adding thioglycolic acid modified ferroferric oxide nano ball in 1/N volume of lanthanum nitrate solution, mixing ultrasonically for 12-16 minutes at room temperature to obtain the mixed product A and washing with absolute ethanol. The obtained product is added to 1/N volume of mixed dispersion, sonicated ultrasonically at room temperature for 25-40 minutes to obtain mixed product B which is separated magnetically and washed with absolute ethanol to obtain wrapped magnetic core layer of lanthanum-metal organic frameworks/graphene oxide-shell microsphere, marked as ferroferric oxide @ lanthanum-metal organic frameworks/graphene oxide which is further added to 1/N volume of lanthanum nitrate solution for 1-N times to obtain N layer lanthanum-metal organic frameworks/graphene oxide covering the magnetic core shell particles, marked as ferroferric oxide @ (lanthanum-metal organic frameworks/graphene oxide)N, which is multi-functional drug carrier with controlled drug loading amount.
