NOVELTY - Environmentally friendly glue for vehicle film comprises 30-60 pts. wt. butyl acrylate, isooctyl acrylate and acrylic acid, 30-60 pts. wt. active diluent, 1-10 pts. wt. tackifying resin, 0.1-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide modified nanometre zirconium oxide and 1-10 pts. wt. photoinitiator. The mass ratio of the butyl acrylate, isooctyl acrylate and acrylic acid is 1: 1-1.2: 0.1-0.5, i.e. 1: 1:0.2. USE - Used as environmentally friendly glue for vehicle film. ADVANTAGE - The film: has excellent bonding performance; utilizes environmentally friendly raw material; and has simple preparation method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the environmentally friendly glue for vehicle film, comprising (i) mixing butyl acrylate, isooctyl acrylate, acrylic acid and reactive diluent with the first photoinitiator for 1-2 hours, and controlling the temperature to 40-50degrees Celsius, carrying out photopolymerization reaction under UV light, and terminating the reaction when the viscosity of the system reaches 400-600 mPa.s to obtain prepolymer, (ii) mixing prepolymer obtained in the step (i) with tackifying resin, graphene oxide modified nano-zirconia and the second photoinitiator for 0.5-2 hours, controlling the temperature to 45-55degreesC to obtain environmentally friendly adhesive for car film, where the mass ratio of the first photoinitiator and the second photoinitiator is 1:3-4.
