NOVELTY - Producing surface modified graphene transparent electrode, comprises (a) coating nitrogen-doped graphene on upper surface of three-dimensional substrate comprising substrate or concavo-convex portion, (b) forming conductive material on the nitrogen-doped graphene-coated substrate or the three-dimensional substrate. USE - The transparent electrode is useful for device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The transparent electrode high permeability and high conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for surface modified graphene transparent electrode comprising a three-dimensional substrate including a substrate or concavo-convex portion, nitrogen-doped graphene coated on the substrate or concavo-convex portion, and a conductive material formed on the nitrogen-doped graphene.
