NOVELTY - Preparation of metal/non-metal oxide/graphene oxide or metal/graphene composite electrode material involves heating metal hydrate and/or suspension or solution of graphene oxide in volume ratio of 1-5:0.05-1 or non-metal oxide hydrate and/or suspension or solution of graphene oxide in volume ratio of 1-5:0.05-1 at 100-300 degrees C for more than 1 hour. USE - Preparation of metal/non-metal oxide/graphene oxide or metal/graphene composite electrode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides metal/non-metal oxide/graphene oxide or metal/graphene composite electrode material having high conductivity and capacity and excellent charge-discharge cycle performance, by simple process without consuming more amount of energy.
