▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Nanographene biosensor comprises graphene containing at least one chosen from hyaluronic acid and a cell permeable peptide, and a probe comprising a fluorescent substance. USE - The nanographene sensor is useful in kit for detecting intracellular nucleic acid (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanographene sensor detects various intracellular nucleic acid in tissues in a simple, rapid and accurate manner with high reliability and resolution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) method for detecting intracellular nucleic acid, involves mixing a sample with the nanographene sensor; and (2) diagnostic kit comprising a nanographene sensor.
