NOVELTY - A heat-resistant polyamide composite material comprises 0-80 pts. wt. aliphatic dibasic acid, 0-80 pts. wt. aromatic dibasic acid, 20-80 pts. wt. aliphatic diamine, 5-100 pts. wt. nano-grade graphene solution, 0.1-0.4 pt. wt. blocking agent, 0.01-0.06 pt. wt. catalyst and 30-160 pts. wt. deionized water. The weight of aliphatic dibasic acid and aromatic dibasic acid are not zero at same time. USE - Heat-resistant polyamide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has good heat-conducting performance, good thermodynamic performance and excellent thermal stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the material comprising adding all components into reaction kettle; vacuumizing reaction kettle, filling nitrogen and regulating pressure higher than 30-50 kPa; heating kettle to first temperature, increasing pressure to 0.1-0.2 MPa and reacting for 1-3 hours; continuously raising temperature to second temperature and raising pressure to 1.5-3.5 MPa; raising heat rate to 0.06-2.50 degrees C/minute to third temperature, adjusting pressure to 1.5-3.5 MPa for 1-3 hours and releasing pressure for 0.5-2 hours, while maintaining temperature constant until no exhaust gas escapes; and finishing reaction, filling nitrogen, adjusting pressure to 0.5-1.0 MPa, pressing material and granulating.
