▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Extracting high-purity stevioside from Stevia rebaudiana comprises (a) adding water to Stevia rebaudiana dry leaves, extracting to obtain Stevia rebaudiana extracting solution, (b) adding flocculating agent in the Stevia extracting solution to remove impurities to obtain the stevioside extracting solution and (c) adding boric acid-modified graphene oxide to the stevioside extracting solution for adsorption and adding acidic solution to the obtained adsorbate for desorption to obtain high-purity stevioside. USE - The method is useful for extracting high-purity stevioside from Stevia rebaudiana. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple; has mild conditions, high extraction rate and high purity of the obtained stevioside.
