NOVELTY - The pile has an energy storage battery (23) mounted in a lower layer of a communication working cabin (22). An upper layer of the communication working cabin is mounted with an electronic computer (24). The communication working cabin is mounted at an upper part of the communication device. The energy storage battery is connected with the electronic computer through a conductive wire (6). A control circuit (11) is connected with the electronic computer through an information transmission line. A transformer (19) is connected with a graphene nano-luminescent lamp (20) through a built-in conductive wire. The energy storage battery is selected as liquid Lithium ion battery or solid Lithium ion battery. USE - Water charging pile. ADVANTAGE - The pile effectively avoids water pollution.
