▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Solid-liquid lubricant based on nano-graphene-strengthened metal molding and its preparation method are claimed. The lubricant comprises 40-70 %mass deionized water, 10-20 %mass nano-graphene, 10-20 %mass sulfurized fatty oil, 5-10 %mass polyethylene wax and 5-10 %mass polyethylene glycol. USE - Solid-liquid lubricant. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the shortcomings of the current solid-liquid lubricating fluid, such as high friction and wear performance, short service life, complicated process and high production cost, and improves forming quality of the sheet material.
