NOVELTY - Preparation of aluminum-graphene metal composite material, involves adding fluoride to alkali metal chloride, mixing and adding metallic or non-metallic carbide powder, placing aluminum sheet in alumina crucible, placing the mixture on top of aluminum sheet, heating alumina crucible, pouring the liquid mixture into crucible, and cooling, solidifying liquid mixture, then adding sodium chloride solution to solid mixture, placing the solid mixture of aluminum in a cover slip, and adding deionized water, changing the water, and drying, to obtain aluminum-graphene metal composite material. USE - Preparation of aluminum-graphene metal composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The hardness, strength and ductility of aluminum-graphene composite material are 2-3 times higher than that of pure aluminum. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of aluminum-graphene metal composite material, involves adding fluoride to alkali metal chloride, mixing and adding metallic or non-metallic carbide powder, placing aluminum sheet in an alumina crucible, placing the mixture on top of the aluminum sheet, covering the alumina crucible and placing in a vertical heating furnace, heating at normal pressure and calcination temperature of 700-800 degrees C for 0.5-5 hours, pouring the liquid mixture into crucible, and cooling at room temperature for 1-2 hours, solidifying liquid mixture, then adding sodium chloride solution to solid mixture, placing the solid mixture of aluminum in a cover slip, and adding deionized water, changing the water for three times, and drying in the oven, to obtain aluminum-graphene metal composite material.
