NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide-sodium alginate magnetic composite material comprises e.g. (i) dispersing sodium alginate in deionized water at room temperature, adding polyamidoamine aqueous solution, and drying to obtain polyamidoamine modified sodium alginate, (ii) dissolving silk protein in deionized water, adding ferric salt solution into silk protein solution to obtain magnetic porous composite material, and (iii) configuring graphene oxide solution, impregnating magnetic porous composite in graphene oxide aqueous solution, removing ethanol and washing with deionized water, drying in vacuum. USE - The composite material is useful in the fields of adsorbent material, biological material and medical material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene oxide-sodium alginate magnetic composite material comprises (i) dispersing sodium alginate in deionized water at room temperature in a bath ratio of 1:50, adding 1-100 g/l polyamidoamine aqueous solution, where volume ratio between polyamidoamine aqueous solution and sodium alginate aqueous solution is 1:1-1:10, reacting for 24 hours, washing with distilled water and ethanol, and drying to obtain polyamidoamine modified sodium alginate, (ii) dissolving silk protein in deionized water to obtain 1-100 g/l aqueous solution, adding 1-100 g/l ferric salt solution into silk protein solution at 50-80 degrees C, stirring, where mass ratio silk protein and ferric salt is 1:1-10:1, stirring at 60 degrees C for 1 hours, mixing and adding polyamidoamine-modified sodium alginate by sonication, placing in mold, introducing liquid nitrogen for 1 minute, removing and placing in refrigerator at -20 degrees C, pre-freezing for 6 hours, then placing in thermo cryogenic refrigerator freezer at -80 degrees C for 6 hours, freeze-drying for 48 hours to obtain magnetic porous composite material, and (iii) configuring concentration of 0.1-100 g/l graphene oxide solution, performing ultrasound treatment for 1 hour, impregnating magnetic porous composite in graphene oxide aqueous solution for 24 hours in a bath ratio 1:50, removing ethanol and washing with deionized water, drying in vacuum to obtain final product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene oxide-sodium alginate magnetic composite material obtained by above method.
