NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide powder involves drying leftover and defective products of graphene oxide film, crushing and grinding. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide powder used in preparing graphene oxide film for graphene thermal conductive film (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation method of graphene oxide powder uses scraps and defective graphene oxide products as raw material with high utilization rate, thereby reducing the production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) the graphene oxide powder; (2) preparation of graphene oxide film, which involves dispersing the graphite oxide powder in solvent to obtain graphene oxide slurry, defoaming, coating on substrate, drying and peeling off substrate; (3) the graphene oxide film, which has grammage of 30-200 g/m2; (4) graphene thermal conductive film, which involves heat-treating graphene oxide film at high temperature; and (5) the graphene thermal conductive film, which has thickness of 10 mu m to 1 mm, preferably 15-200 mu m, density of 1.95-2.1 g/cm3, and thermal conductivity of 1000-1800 W/m.K, preferably 1000-1700 W/m.K.
