▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of multi-stage oriented porous ultrafine electrospun composite fiber membrane comprises reducing graphene at room temperature, adding dichloromethane solvent, performing ultrasonic dispersion in ice bath to obtain reduced graphene dispersion, adding reduced graphene dispersion and polylactic acid to sealed vessel containing dichloromethane, mixing, performing ultrasonic treatment in ice bath to obtain polymer solution, placing polymer solution in sealed syringe under 30-75% relative humidity, spinning by electrospinning device and collecting. USE - Method of preparing multi-stage oriented porous ultrafine electrospun composite fiber membrane used for biological tissue engineering scaffold material to regulate cell orientation growth and distribution (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The membrane has high mechanical properties and 70-122 MPA fiber breaking strength.
