NOVELTY - Epoxy resin composite material comprises graphene, curing agent and epoxy resin in mass ratio of 0.33-8:10-50:100. USE - Epoxy resin composite material used as electronic packaging material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The epoxy resin composite material enables to sufficiently disperse graphene in the epoxy resin by improving the thermal conductivity of the epoxy resin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing an epoxy resin composite material, which involves: (A) mixing graphene and low-boiling organic solvent, and performing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a dispersion slurry; (B) heating the slurry at 65-85 degrees C to evaporate the low-boiling organic solvent to obtain a homogenized graphene; and (C) mixing homogenized graphene with epoxy resin and curing agent, and then performing vacuum defoaming and solidification molding to obtain an epoxy resin composite material.
