▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves providing a substrate (200). A bottom electrode (210) is formed on the substrate. An organic light-emitting layer (220) is formed on the bottom electrode. A top electrode (230) is transferred on the organic light-emitting layer by providing a graphene layer. An auxiliary electrode film is transferred on the graphene layer. A top surface of the organic light-emitting layer and a bottom surface of the graphene layer are bonded. USE - Method for manufacturing top emission organic light-emitting device used for monitor or TV. ADVANTAGE - An electrode which is optically transparent, electrically conductive, and which does not damage the lower organic layer during the formation of the electrode, is provided. Since the second electrode portion has a lower resistance than the first electrode portion, the sheet resistance of the top electrode of the organic light-emitting device is reduced. The conductivity of the top electrode is improved through the conductive polymer layer. The formation of second electrode portion at an unwanted portion is prevented by using the photoresist pattern. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a cross-sectional view of the organic light-emitting device.
