NOVELTY - Composite material comprises 1-60% nano-particles and flexible substrate. The nano-particle comprises carbon nanotube, grapheme, gold nano-particles and/or polydopamine nano-particles. The flexible substrate comprises polydimethylsiloxane and/or hydrogel. USE - The composite material is useful in preparing the material for delivering and/or desorbing macromolecular substance, preferably polysaccharide molecule, protein, DNA, RNA, intracellular probe, drug, aptamers, bacterium, artificial chromosome and/or cell organelles in the cell (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material: is easy to prepare, has strong photothermal conversion performance, and does not change the smooth surface of the original topological structure; and has universality and universality for different cells and delivery efficiency close to 100%. The modified cells can be released and harvested efficiently and non-destructively without damage by traditional trypsin digestion with harvesting efficiency of more than 90%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the composite material, comprising (i) completely mixing the nano-particle solution and flexible substrate or flexible substrate pre-polymer, adding into a mold and allowing to stand to obtain slurry; and (ii) vacuumizing the slurry, solidifying, processing and forming film, taking out and demolding
