▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The method comprises adhering (110) graphene to a surface of a transfer stamp, where the surface of the transfer stamp includes a fluorinated polymer, positioning (120) the transfer stamp on a receiving substrate with the graphene contacting a surface of the receiving substrate, applying (130) pressure on the transfer stamp against the receiving substrate, and removing (140) the fluorinated polymer to leave the graphene attached to the surface of the receiving substrate. The method further comprises removing the transfer stamp from the receiving substrate. USE - The method is useful for transferring graphene to a receiving substrate of an electronic device such as an organic LED (all claimed), where the receiving substrate is semiconductor thin film or transparent electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method transfers the graphene to the receiving substrate without affecting the properties of the substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The method comprises adhering (110) graphene to a surface of a transfer stamp, where the surface of the transfer stamp includes a fluorinated polymer, positioning (120) the transfer stamp on a receiving substrate with the graphene contacting a surface of the receiving substrate, applying (130) pressure on the transfer stamp against the receiving substrate, and removing (140) the fluorinated polymer to leave the graphene attached to the surface of the receiving substrate. The method further comprises removing the transfer stamp from the receiving substrate to leave the graphene attached to the surface of the receiving substrate before removing the fluorinated polymer, where the fluorinated polymer is removed while the transfer stamp is positioned on the receiving substrate. The step of adhering the graphene to the surface of the transfer stamp comprises: adhering graphene having a metallic backing; and removing the metallic backing, where the transfer stamp comprises a pliant polymer material. The fluorinated polymer comprises a polymer soluble in a segregated hydrofluoroether, where the receiving substrate comprises an inorganic material and a non-fluorinated organic material. The fluorinated polymer is removed using a fluorous solvent and supercritical carbon dioxide, where fluorinated solvent comprises a segregated hydrofluoroether. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an electronic device. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure shows a flowchart of a method for transferring graphene to a receiving substrate.
