NOVELTY - Preparing high-strength aluminum alloy material for 3C electronics comprises (1) using resin plate as material, designing geometric units of regular triangle to obtain electrospinning receiving plate, (2) adding aluminum chloride hexahydrate and aluminum nitrate nonahydrate to nitric acid solution, stirring evenly, adding aluminum isopropoxide and aluminum powder, reacting, filtering, adding polyvinylpyrrolidone solution, stirring evenly, and obtaining aluminum sol spinning solution, (3) electrospinning solution prepared in step (2), using resin plate as electrospinning receiving plate and obtaining aluminum sol fiber film, (4) hot-pressing alumina sol fiber membrane and drying to obtain ceramic membrane prefabricated body, (5) configuring polyvinylpyrrolidone solution, adding graphene, and performing ultrasonic shearing to obtain graphene solution, (6) soaking ceramic membrane prefabricated body in graphene solution and calcining, and pouring in mold to obtain final product. USE - The method for preparing high-strength aluminum alloy material for 3C electronics. Uses include but are not limited to mobile phone, personal digital assistant (PAD), and notebook computer. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and can be used for industrial production.
