NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene antistatic tire involves mixing rubber and graphene to obtain rubber composition, carrying out rolling and extrusion of the obtained composition in an extrusion roller through a sheet die plate to obtain a semi-finished plastic component of tread or sidewall, assembling the tread and sidewall into a green tire in a mold, mounting the tire into a vulcanizer and carrying out vulcanizing finishing. The composition comprises hard black graphene with conductivity of 100-105 S/m and specific surface area of 300-2630 m2/g. USE - Preparation of graphene antistatic tire (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of antistatic tire by a simple and economical process with conductivity not less than 108 S/m, without requiring a special equipment. The tire has excellent dimensional stability, wear resistance and aging resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene antistatic tire involves mixing rubber and graphene in a mixer to obtain tread rubber, base tread rubber or sidewall rubber composition, carrying out rolling and extrusion of the obtained composition in an extrusion roller through a sheet die plate to obtain a semi-finished plastic component of crown rubber, tread or sidewall, assembling the tread and sidewall into a green tire in a mold, mounting the tire into a vulcanizer and carrying out vulcanizing finishing to obtain electrostic tire. The composition comprises 0.1-20 pts. wt. hard black graphene with conductivity of 100-105 S/m, specific surface area of 300-2630 m2/g, and room temperature conductivity of not less than 108 S/m.
