USE - The method is useful for bending and shaping acrylic thick plate. ADVANTAGE - The acrylic thick plate ensures the shape structure of the plate body, structural accuracy requirements of the curved surface part, thickness can be greater than 100 mm, and light transmittance of more than 92%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Bending and shaping acrylic thick plate comprises (i) adding methyl cyanoformate, chloromethyl acetate, diethanol dimethacrylate, azobisisobutyronitrile, isooctyl ester, and methyl methacrylate monomers into the reactor, heating at 100-110 degrees C, increasing the pressure to 1 MPA, and stirring for 1-2 hours, adding fluorite powder, nano calcium carbonate, nano graphene, nano silicon carbide, maleic anhydride, trimethoxysilane, stearic acid, nano glass fiber, and leveling agent into the reactor, stirring continuously for at least 2 hours at 150-160 degrees C at 3-5 MPa pressure, (ii) pumping it into a degassing tank for vacuum degassing, (iii) discharging and injecting the cooled liquid polymethyl methacrylate into the mold, (iv) placing fixed mold in pool of 40 plus minus 5 degrees C for curing, where polymerization time in water bath is 3-4 days, heating to 100 degrees C by steam, hardening surface of the board for at least 12 hours, (v) injecting cold water to cool down to 30 plus minus 2 degrees C, and demolding to obtain an acrylic plate having thickness of 30-50 mm, (vi) cutting and polishing the sheet, placing acrylic sheet in oven and heating it for 2-5 minutes to soften the acrylic sheet, and controlling the heating temperature to 180-185 degrees C, (vii) placing softened acrylic board in the shaping device, and shaping mold to clamp the acrylic board, placing, carrying out preliminary shaping, where preliminary shaping time is 2-4 minutes, (viii) cooling preliminarily shaped acrylic sheet and cooling it to 25 plus minus 2 degrees C to obtain curved acrylic sheet of the required shape, (ix) controlling temperature at 25 plus minus 2 degrees C, bonding acrylic sheet with liquid polymethyl methacrylate and then fixing with a clamp, and (x) shaping bonded plates at a temperature of 100 plus minus 5 degrees C to obtain thick plates larger than 100 mm.
